Northampton Township is accepting applications for the position of Building and Zoning Assistant. This Full-Time (37.5 hours), hourly position provides administrative support to the Building and Zoning Department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the permit application process
  • Answering phones, responding to emails, and providing general office support
  • Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office 365

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office 365
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in an office environment with attention to detail
