Welcome to the redesigned www.northamptontownship.com webpage! Residents and visitors of Northampton may have gone to the Township’s website a number of times over the years to find information about Township services. But just like many things, after time, a bit of sprucing up, some revamping and improvements are needed. And that is exactly what the Township is in the process of doing to the website www.northamptontownship.com
Some of the noticeable changes start with the overall look and easier navigation throughout the many sections. In addition, the new website platform is a dynamic system that changes its’ look and layout to best suit the end users view depending on the type of device being used (smartphone, tablet, desktop, etc.).
On the homepage, the top section is a billboard format that highlights five hot topics or announcements. Below that will be our most requested pages such as links to Meeting Videos, Northampton Valley Country Club, Library, Parks & Recreation and Trash & Recycling. Lastly on our homepage is the Newsfeed and Township calendar of meetings and events.
In addition to the homepage, and on every page, there is a menu section that includes tabs directing visitors to a plethora of information such as Board of Supervisors, Township Departments, Services, General Information and Resources.
Perhaps one of the more important sections of the page is the newsfeed. This section provides the latest news on township presentations, public notices, meeting announcements, videos, news releases, trash pickup schedules and much, much more. To receive email alerts to news posted to the newsfeed, please click on THIS LINK or the “Login/Create Account” on the top of the webpage. From there, subscribers will be able to select the types of news information and notices you prefer to receive.
