Early Yard Waste Collection This Saturday – Please Have Items Out Friday Night.
Residents are advised that this Saturday’s Yard Waste Collection will begin early at 4:00 AM due to the Memorial Day holiday push week schedule and adjusted operating hours at regional compost and disposal facilities.
To ensure collection, all yard waste items must be placed curbside Friday evening. Crews may begin servicing routes earlier than normal and will not be able to return to locations where items are placed out late.
Yard waste must be prepared according to Township guidelines:
• Use biodegradable paper yard waste bags or rigid containers
• Branches must be bundled and tied
• Branches may not exceed 3 inches in diameter or 36 inches in length
• Containers and bags should not exceed 50 pounds
