Schenk Preliminary/Final Plan

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Northampton Township Board of Supervisors will hold its regular monthly meeting as a virtual public meeting on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at 7:30 PM utilizing the Zoom Meetings platform. At this meeting, the Board will consider the approval of the Schenk Preliminary/Final Plan of Land Development, SLD 19-9, for its property located at 100 Steamwhistle Drive. A copy of the plan is available at www.northamptontownship.org.  Comments regarding the application and plan can be submitted by email to publiccomment@nhtwp.org starting at 7PM on May 27, 2020.

At this meeting, the Board will consider the approval of the Preliminary/Final Plan of Land Development of McDonald’s, SLD 18-10, for its property located at 950 Second Street Pike. WaWa (Holland) – Provco 

In an effort to be proactive with our community, we wanted to advise you that Provco Pinegood Northampton, LLC has submitted a development proposal in Holland.  Specifically, they are proposing to construct a new 5,585 square foot WaWa with gasoline sales at the property located at the intersection of Holland, Rocksville, and Buck Roads.  The plan also proposes 50 parking spaces.  The use is permitted under the Northampton Township Zoning Ordinance.     

Currently, the plan is under review by the Township staff and consultants.  The Township Planning Commission will first consider the application followed by the Board of Supervisors.  A copy of the plan is available by Clicking Here 

Please Note:  In this section, we will also provide updates on meeting schedules when finalized.  In addition, the Township cable channel will be updated with meeting schedules as well, which is Comcast Channel 22 and Verizon Channel 24.
