Karate, Judo & Jujitsu
Beginner and Advanced - Youth (Ages 5 yrs. and up)

• Participants learn discipline of the body & mind.
• Build self confidence and master basic self defense skills.
The instructor will test participants for the appropriate level of training.

Instructor: John McDonald is currently a second degree Don Black Belt and has been involved in martial arts for over 25 years.
