How to Register:
*Pre-registration
is REQUIRED
for all programs.
*A registration form must be completed and signed.
*Use the registration form in the brocure or download one from the bottom
of this page.
*Registration for classes listed in this brochure is ongoing.
*Phone registration is NOT accepted
* Mail in registration with payment
must be received one week prior to the first day of the activity.
*If you wait until the first day of the program to register, you may
be disappointed when there are no openings or a program has been cancelled
due to low registration.
*Programs will be cancelled when the minimum number of participants
is not reached by one week prior to the start of the program. REGISTER
EARLY!
Program confirmation will NOT be sent.
Payment:
*Payment in cash or check, made payable to Northampton Township is
required at the time of registration.
*There will be a $25 service charge for all returned checks.
*Visa, Master and Debit Cards accepted only at the recreation Office
located at the Administration Building.
*A family discount of 10% is given, unless otherwise noted,
when family members residing in the same household participate in the
same class. (Not to be combined
with other discounts.)
*Senior Citizen Discount 10% (not to combined with other discounts)
*Participants not residing in Northampton Township are
assessed an additional 25% Nonresident fee (NR).
Refunds:
ALL REFUNDS must be requested in writing at least 2 weeks prior to
the start of the class. A $10 service charge will be assessed for all
refund requests.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN after the first day of a program.
*Programs will not be prorated for personal vacation days or illness.
