Still not seeing the Video?

You may need to change your Internet Options in Windows Internet Explorer. Go to TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > ADVANCED, scroll down to HTTP 1.1 SETTINGS and click on the box next to USE HTTP 1.1 so that it contains a check inside. Click on the APPLY button at the bottom, and then the OK button.

Image Quality

Changing the size of the viewing screen to a larger size will degrade the quality of the picture considerably. You may wish to keep the size smaller in order to minimize this.

Update Windows Media Player

You also can have your Windows Media Player automatically check for updates. Open Windows Media Player by clicking on Start, then Programs, then Accessories and Entertainment. Once your media player is open, click Tools then Options, then Download codecs automatically and OK.
