        "FOR SALE: The once valuable property in Northampton township, 1 mile from Newtown, on Neshaminy Creek, known as Spring Garden Mills. The grain mill is burned down on this property, but there are yet on it a valuable new saw mill, and 2 dwelling houses, a wagon house, a hog pen and other buildings, and walls of the mill are still standing.
