may need to change your Internet Options in Windows Internet Explorer.
Go to TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS
> ADVANCED, scroll down to HTTP 1.1 SETTINGS
and click on the box next to USE HTTP 1.1 so that
it contains a check inside. Click on the APPLY button
at the bottom, and then the OK button.

Quality
Changing the size of the viewing screen to a larger size will degrade
the quality of the picture considerably. You may wish to keep the
size smaller in order to minimize this.
Automatically
Update Windows Media Player
You
also can have your Windows Media Player automatically check for updates.
Open Windows Media Player by clicking on Start, then
Programs, then Accessories and Entertainment.
Once your media player is open, click Tools then
Options, then Download codecs automatically
and OK.
"Click
to activate and use this control" Message
If you
are using Internet Explorer and are seeing this message when you mouse-over
the Windows Media Player, simply click anywhere on the video. Doing
so will not force you to download or install anything in your computer.
